ICE- Safety Advice

We are currently aware of various bodies of water in and around Stevenage that are frozen. Going onto any area of frozen water is extremely dangerous, so please follow the below advice:

-Never go onto any frozen lake, pond or over body of water. 

-Do not allow your children or animals to go onto any frozen body of water. 

-Be careful when walking around frozen lakes or water, as areas around the lake could be icy or slippery. 

-Keep dogs on a lead, and never go onto the ice to attempt to rescue an animal.
